A new ensemble formed in Gdańsk, FABULI focuses on creating diverse soundscapes interwoven through free improvisation.

The musicians involved in the project, active on the Polish and European scenes and bringing extensive performance experience, present in FABULI sounds that are close to them and characteristic of their individual musical languages. Yet in this unique setting — combining two harmonic instruments and drums — they discover new areas of expression.

FABULI is an ever-evolving space, open to change and experimentation. The musicians meet regularly to improvise and work on a variety of concepts and artistic ideas, sometimes returning to more traditional forms, such as written compositions, though often only to move away from them again moments later.

Dominik Bukowski and Dominik Kisiel have previously worked together as a duo, while the addition of Patrycja Wybrańczyk has opened the project to new means of expression and expanded its musical format.
