Cracow Jazz Hub

The history of Polish jazz goes back to the interwar period when new, modern styles began to take hold, so did jazz, which began to infect the most famous clubs and dance floors and inspire the leading musicians of the age.

Quickly Cracow, a cultural capital of Poland with dozens of great bars and clubs with bands frequently gracing their small stages became the temple of jazz community.

Cracow Jazz Hub is an initiative which aims at associating the Cracow jazz community and supporting young generation of musicians in the Covid situation. With the assistance of IG Group as a patron, 27 Polish and foreign musicians had an opportunity to play together and record 12 original compositions.
